What is the Annual Fund?
The Annual Fund Program enables Churchill to grow each year. Annual gifts from Churchill alumni, current parents, parents of alumni, grandparents and friends provide the unrestricted current-use dollars that are the cornerstone of our support. Over the past several years, the annual generosity of our donors has made it possible to fill the gap between tuition and what it actually costs to educate a student.
Why is the Annual Fund important?
The Annual Fund is important because the school budget depends on the money it brings in each year. As mentioned earlier, tuition alone covers only 80 percent of the school budget.
Without an ever-growing annual fund, the burden of providing competitive faculty salaries, computer equipment, library purchases, academic programs, athletics and extra-curricular activities falls on tuition, eventually driving it outside the range of our families’ financial capabilities and compromising the diversity of the student population.
It is important that each parent give according to his/her ability. 100 percent parent participation in the Annual Fund Program is the most tangible way to demonstrate support of the school and is vital as we seek to obtain support from corporations and foundations that look at these percentages as an indicator of support from the community at large.

- Contact your Human Resources Office for eligibility requirements and to obtain a Matching Gift form.
- Complete the employee portion of the form.
- Forward the form to Churchill Center & School for verification and completion.
