"Churchill is different than other schools, which makes it great place to be. Every time I walk through those big arched doorways, I am immediately greeted by friends and teachers. Since the class sizes are small, each student gets more help and feels more connected with their teachers. I have learned strategies in all my classes that I will use later in life, and the teachers always make sure I understand my homework before I leave for the day. I could even stay after school to complete my homework in a quiet setting with a teacher close at hand if I need help. I love having either Art, Music or Drama each day throughout the year. In addition, we have Gym class every day where we can play sports, games and rock climb with our friends. Even though, I don't always look forward to running days, I know that running helps me concentrate and be more alert in my other classes. Churchill's personalized atmosphere makes it a good place to learn and grow."
